I was born and raised in Elkhart, Indiana, where I was consistently immersed in sports and fitness. I was involved in softball and volleyball most of my life and also got into coaching as well later on. This passion intensified during my college years at Indiana University, where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science in 2023.
In late 2023, an internship at a local fitness center brought me to Athens, Alabama. My subsequent role as a stretch practitioner was pivotal, helping me identify my love for helping others sustain healthier lives. I now specialize in functional training to assist individuals with weight loss, muscle toning and overall health improvement. Ultimately, my objective is to facilitate a sustainable lifestyle and mindset transformation by integrating customized exercise, mobility work and balanced nutritional guidance.
Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science
My degree in Exercise Science from Indiana University gave me a deeper understanding of how the body moves, performs, and adapts to exercise. Combined with hands-on training experience, it helps me create personalized workout plans that are effective, practical, and tailored to each client's goals.


ASCM Certified Personal Trainer
The ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) certification is one of the most respected credentials in the fitness industry, built on science-backed training principles and a strong emphasis on client safety. As an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, I provide personalized coaching, expert guidance, and structured workout programs designed to help you achieve your goals safely, effectively, and with lasting results.

Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) – Stretch Practitioner
My Stretch Practitioner certification gives me additional training in flexibility, mobility, and recovery techniques. By incorporating assisted stretching into training, I can help clients move better, feel less restricted, and support their overall fitness and wellness goals.
